Everyone is always talking about the importance of having a great Swipe file.
I just wanted to share below my technique for developing one.
Set up a free email account. I tend to use Yahoo, but Hotmail and Gmail are just as good.

Having recently tried the WP-Mage program, WP-Robot does something similar but at a fraction of the cost. The only thing it won’t do is backdate your posts or add commission junction adverts. Update: They have just released Version 2.0 which backdates posts and also cloaks affiliate links.
